Leo – Level 2 NVQ in Roadbuilding and Maintenance

Leo has joined team Dinsdale, keen to earn and learn and to ensure that valuable skills are developed, and knowledge gained Leo has opted to undertake a Level 2 NVQ in Roadbuilding and Maintenance (Construction) – to ensure Leo doesn’t always end up being the young barrow boy on the team.   The NVQ Level 2 covers areas such as health, safety, and welfare, conforming to productive working practises and the moving, handling, and storing of machinery resources.

Leo has made a great start to his learning and is often found when the work on site is done and some weekends too in the yard cleaning and washing plant, learning how they are checked and maintained.  Leo also understands the importance of correct administration both for onsite paperwork and back in the office.  Knuckling in and getting the work done, makes an excellent cuppa too!
